Ask usOrdering
What is your minimum order quantity?
20 pieces per catalogue model; mixed models in one container are fine. Custom designs start at 50 pieces, or 20 with the tooling fee paid. Projects are accepted from $15,000 FOB.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes: 1.5× the unit list price plus courier, credited in full against your first production order of that model. One revision round is included.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with the proforma invoice (this books your production slot), 70% against the QC photo report before loading. L/C at sight for orders above $30,000. Repeat customers move to 20/80 or open account against credit insurance after the third order.
How long is a quotation valid?
30 days. The public price guide is revised quarterly.
Can I mix models in one container?
Yes, as long as each model meets its MOQ. We send a loading plan with the quotation so you can see how the mix fills the container.
Production
What is the lead time?
Sample 7 days (10–14 for a new design). Production 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on family and quantity. Projects are phased and scheduled on the PI.
Can you change dimensions, colours or finishes on a catalogue model?
Yes, that is ODM. Changes within the existing mould have no tooling fee. New sizes need a mould adapter or a new mould, quoted in the DFM note.
How consistent is the colour between batches?
Pigment is weighed per batch and every batch is compared to your retained chip under daylight lamps. Expect a small natural variation, as with stone; we state a tolerance on the spec sheet and can cast a blended lot for very large single orders.
Do you make non-concrete items?
For projects, yes: wood, stone and upholstered pieces through audited partner workshops, under our QC and in one shipment. We do not sell those wholesale on their own.
Can I visit during production?
Any working day with a day's notice. Your inspector or agent is welcome at the pre-shipment inspection.
Shipping
How heavy is concrete furniture to ship?
GFRC is about 40% lighter than cast concrete. A 40HQ holds roughly 230 coffee tables, 750 stools or 900 side tables on pallets. Every quotation includes a weight and CBM sheet.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Cat Lai (most importers), CIF to your port, or DDP to your door through our forwarder's local partner. See How we work.
How is it packed?
PE foam, EPS corner guards, carton, strapped to ISPM-15 pallets. Dining tables, basins and fragile forms go in individual plywood crates. Every model passes a 1 m drop test in its packing before it enters the catalogue.
Do you ship LCL for small first orders?
Yes, quoted per CBM for orders under 15 CBM. For a first trial order of 20–40 pieces this is usually the right choice.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send photos within 10 days of arrival. We replace with the next shipment or credit the invoice, your choice. Our 2025 transit damage rate was 0.4% of pieces.
Quality
What does the QC report contain?
Seven sections matching our seven checkpoints, with photos per SKU, dimension checks against the drawing, colour comparison to your chip, load-test record and packing photos. Sample report on the Factory page.
Is concrete furniture suitable outdoors and in freezing climates?
With the outdoor sealer system, yes. GFRC has very low absorption; freeze-thaw tested samples are available for northern markets. Recoat the sealer every three years.
Does concrete stain?
Sealed surfaces resist wine, coffee and oil for the time it takes to wipe them up. Acids (lemon, vinegar) etch unsealed concrete, so food-contact pieces get the food-safe sealer and a care card.
What warranty do you give?
Two years indoor, one year outdoor, on structural defects and sealer adhesion. Impact damage excluded.
Working with us
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, yours or ours, before any drawing is opened. OEM moulds are stored under your name and never used for other customers.
Do you work with sourcing agents?
Yes, on the same terms as direct buyers. We complete vendor profile forms and host audits.
Can you supply photos and content for my web shop?
Yes. White-background product photos, dimension drawings and material descriptions for every model you order, free of charge for program-tier customers.
Who will I be dealing with?
Paul (Global Sales) for commercial questions, a production engineer for technical ones, and a documentation officer for shipping. Same three people for the life of your account.
Where exactly is the factory?
Binh Duong Province, 45 minutes north of Ho Chi Minh City by car. Our showroom is on site. Book a visit.
