Concrete from our line. Everything else, coordinated.
We are honest about what we cast and what we source. The concrete and GFRC scope is produced in our own halls. Wood, stone and upholstered items come from two partner workshops we have audited and worked with since 2019, inspected by our QC team before consolidation.

We price every line, flag items that are cheaper in GFRC than the specified material, and mark anything outside our scope.

Shop drawings and material samples
Dimensioned shop drawings per item, finish chips, fabric swatches from partners. Revision log kept on every drawing.

One of each item per room type, photographed in our showroom or shipped to site. Sign-off closes the specification.

Is there a minimum project value?
$15,000 FOB for mixed-scope projects. Concrete-only packages follow the standard 20 pcs per model MOQ.
Can you deliver in phases to match the fit-out?
Yes. Phases are agreed on the PI with their own slot dates. Each phase ships with its own QC report and packing list.
Do you provide installation drawings and anchor details?
Every fixed item ships with an installation sheet: anchor positions, fixings, levelling and sealing. Loose items get a care and maintenance card.
Will you work with our local contractor or agent?
Yes. We share drawings and progress reports with your contractor and welcome third-party inspection at any stage.
What warranty do you give on project supply?
Two years on structural defects and sealer adhesion for indoor use, one year outdoors, excluding impact damage. Replacement or credit, your choice.
